You can add data lists, calendars, document libraries and dashboards in an application.
Calendar list is used for showing schedule information, like meetings, events, activities etc.
Calendar list is shown as below:
Calendar list can show information by day, week and month.
Click a date and add information on that day.
You can also add information by clicking Add on the top right corner of the page.
List admins can click the icon with three dots on the upper right to set the calendar.
Calendar view settings
In view settings, you can set the default display scope of the calendar list.
Edit display content of the calendar list.
- Begin：You can only select ad indexed field which is the date type.
- End：You can only select an indexed field which is the date type.
- Title：You can select a field of text box.
- Description：You can select a field of text box or text area.
For month and week, the calendar will show the title and time.
For day, the calendar will show the title and description.
Set calendar color:
Set a default color first, then select color classification. Click Add to set detailed color for each item. Items with no specific color will be displayed with the default color.
If you click Hide list data, data in this calendar list will be hided and users will not be able to add new data into this list.
Filter caldendar display items
To filter display items on the calendar list, click Settings near the Data Filters. Like filtering data by setting a scope of the start time.
