A dashboard in Yeeflow is a form page of data visualization, it has multiple types of user interface which often provides at-a-glance views of key performance indicators relevant to a particular objectives or business intelligence in real-time.
Why a Dashboard
Yeeflow Application offers six components to manage your whole business process. The Data List, Approval Form, Document Library, Calendar and Form Report, which help you to build your business use and process. Likewise the Dashboard as a tool that allows us to store and display important information from multiple data sources into one, easy-to-access place.
A great dashboard connects to your resource data, services and APIs, that help you to visually track, analyze and display key performance, metrics and key data points to monitor your business use and process. They are customizable to meet your specific needs of a team or organization.
Obviously a real-time monitoring will also reduce your repeated work on the hours of manual analyzing that may challenged business.
How to add a Dashboard
When you are in the Application page, choose the Dashboard and Name it.
Before you start to choose blocks, you may need set the permission for this page of dashboard. All blocks in this page of dashboard will have the one permission as defined.
It is noteworthy that any source data in that block should have the enough permission to view or more actions. Or the user can not see anything or do anything.
Blocks of a Dashboard
Yeeflow offers 12 blocks that can be assembled to one dashboard page. Also you can create a number of dashboards per your business needs.
A table contains the data from source data list. It can also be alternative entrance to add, edit, delete, import and export data item(s).
A source "Data List" that is used for managing business logic and data. Instead of that, you add this block to have some specific display fields in sorted by conditions generally.
The gallery block creates the card view from the specified data list.
A calendar block displays the schedules of appointments, meetings and important notes. It can be a separate one or contains the data from a source data list.
A document library block is used to display the documents in designated location("folder") and authorized permission.
Use a pivot table block to build a list of unique values from a large, detailed data set.
Likewise a pivot table in Excel, Yeeflow offers a powerful tool to calculate, summarize and analyze source data and lets you see comparisons, patterns and trends in your business data.
As a diagram block, it always display the graphical representation of source objectives created and managed in Yeeflow.
Use a summary block to get a summarized number by conditions from a large source data list.
A description block is a Rich Text. You may use it for information sharing or announcing.
Text & Image
A text & image block give you a richer way to display the format text, set the background color and images
Use the image gallery block to dynamically display the images in multiple layouts from a source data list or document library. You may set the source where the images stored and the filter conditions, you may also limit the number of images.
Embed video, livestream, feed, post, or widget that from all over the internet site. It helps users to watch the outside resource without jumping.

Type the name and description of the page, then click OK.
On the empty dashboard, click EDIT PAGE, then click Add a block on the upper right.
There are 12 blocks for choosing:
Click the block icon, you can see the introduction for the block.
Click Add to page to add the block to the dashboard page.
After adding the block to the page, click the setting button of the block to configure.
When finishing the configuration, the block will display the corresponding information. E.g. the Data List block shows data as below:
