Job positions can be used for workflow approval roles.
As a Yeeflow administrator, click the system setting button on the top right corner of Yeeflow, on the system setting page, click Position.
To create a new position, click New Position on the top right corner.
Type the position name and select the users for it. You can select multiple users for one position.
After creating positions, you can now assign positions to organizations or locations. This is important, sometimes, we many need organizational roles or locational roles to approve workflows.
- To set an organizational position, click Organizational on the top right corner of the page.
On the following page, select one organization in the left panel and click Add on the top right corner of the page to add organizational roles.
In the popup window, select the position created before, then assign it to users. You can assign a position to multiple users.
To delete or edit an organizational position, click the icon with three dots in the position list.
- To set a locational position, click Locational on the top right corner of the position list.
On the following page, select a location in the left panel, then click Add on the top right corner of the page.
