When creating a workflow, except configure the workflow in the workflow designer, you also need to create forms in the form designer.
Build new forms for your workflow
Click Pages button on the top right corner of the page.
On the popup window, type the page name and title. Note that the page title will be displayed on the top of the form, we suggest use the workflow name as the page title.
After typing the page name and title, click Edit to start to configure the form.
Design a form in form designer
Form designer are formed by 3 parts. The left is the control panel, the central is the form panel, the right is the property panel.
In the control panel, drag the controls you need to the form panel, edit its label name and other properties to meet your requirement.
You can use the layout controls to optimize the form, group fields into sections.
To delete a control on the form, just click the control then click the delete button near it.
Preview your designed form
After finishing page configuration, you can click the preview button on the top of the page to review it.
The preview looks same as the published form. You can click the close icon the top right corner to quit the preview mode.
Save and quit form designer
Before you quit the form designer, don’t forget to click the save button first.
There are at least two forms in a workflow, one is the request form, one is the task form. After creating all the forms, don’t forget to assign the request form to the Start node and assign the task forms to each task node in workflow designer.
