Yeeflow offers multiple types of view in Data List and each view has its individual view styles and permissions.
Create multiple views to give users the flexible data-view from different aspects.
Manage View(s)
When you created an application and entered. It would have a default name like "List1", and a default view name like "All Items". It's suggested that you would define them with recognizable name(s).
Base View and Add a new
Each data list has its default view when it created. Each data list requires a default view (or said base view).
Please note: The base view cannot be deleted.
The administrators have two options to add a new view:
- +Add a View - add a new by different styles.
Click the down arrow (near the view name) and add new view.
- Duplicate View - copy to a new view with the same type.
Click the more action button at the middle top and select Duplicate View to have a quick copy with the same type.
Types of View
Yeeflow provides 6 styles of view to satisfy your different needs.
List View
List view is the most popular style and applicable to any scenario. It displays form records by fields and as a database to manage the structured data.
A data list will be created from list view and it can be produced to any other view(s) as applicable.

Gallery View
Gallery view is a special type of view that represents your list records in visual cards.
The cover field is a designated image field and it's optional to have. In this manner, you'd better to have ONE IMAGE field that can be appeared at the top of each gallery card.
Alternatively, you can also use it to highlight some designated fields as a card, such as a name card.
Calendar View
Calendar view allows you to look at your list records by a calendar. A calendar is used to manage meetings or events tracking.
To create a calendar view, you have at least ONE DATE field in your data list.
Yeeflow let you add any other external data list(s) with date fields to appear in one calendar page.
The user can switch the current view by Today/ Day/Week/Month.
Kanban Board
Kanban board is a card-based view to focus on specific data. Using it to visualize your records in a board of stacked cards.
Kanban board is always used for projects, opportunities, or leads and it helps you monitor your work and keep them moving ahead. With a selected pipeline at the top, the Kanban board displays records in movable cards below each stage of the pipeline.
Kanban board let you update records by dragging and dropping.
Gannt Chart
A Gantt chart is used as a type of bar chart that illustrates some project schedule, activities.
The user can switch the current view by Today/Week/Month/Quarter/Year.
Timeline View
A thread timeline to view data or events. It supports single column or two columns as defined.
2.2 Manage View(s) - copy view
Click "Manage Views" and then. You may "copy" the existing view to another one, a new view or overlay other view.

3. Manage/Edit View(s)
The administrator has two options to manage views:
- Quick setting bar- Hide Fields/Customize Cards and Color
- Edit View - full manage page
3.1 Custom fields to display by order
Click "Hide Fields" and you may
① ON/OFF - Switch it OFF if you won't to display this field to this view.
② Change Orders - Click the position icon at the end of each item, and drag to change the order. Use this to change the display orders of fields.
3.2 Color Records by condition
Color records by defining condition and records will be displayed in the first color that matched.
Click "+Add color" to define the color and condition(s);
Click "Apply" to be activate it immediately.
The color will be displayed at the left of every item/record. Here is the demo sample:
3.3 Fully Edit view
Besides the above menu, You may "Edit" more for current view.
Click the more action button at the end of quick menu, the "Edit View"; or you may go to "Manage Views" of view menu, then "Edit".
Each style view has its specific items to edit.
Generally you need to define these of "Name","URL","View Permission" and "Search& Filters"; the "Display fields" and "Order" is need per view style.
Below is a demo to edit a general view - List View.
① Once the view is ticked as default view, the view permission will be auto-forced to "All users"(means all users for this list permission). And this view can not be deleted.
② Click "Settings" to define the display fields for current view. You may set both view for PC and mobile. Tick these fields and order them per need.
③ Select any field from dropdown list and set its order;
④ Click "Settings" to define the search fields and filter condition.
- 4.1 These five fields and one title field(renamed as company name) are set as defaulted, you may tick to hide them if any but they can not be removed from search list.
- 4.2 Select more fields/columns from dropdown list and then "Add" into search list. You will notice that only these fields/columns which should be added into index, can be selected.
- 4.3 Fixed value will set its filter condition. Each field has its own properties to fix. You may plus multiple filter conditions per need.
- 4.4 All other index field(s), except the 6 defaults, can be removed if any change.
3.4 Manage my View
All users who can access this list may manage their own view.

- Filter data per condition
Define the field condition and apply, it takes effect immediately and it can not be kept if page refreshed.
However you can only set the field(s) which was defined in 3.3④ "Search& Filter".
- Sort data per field
It will show its existing orders which was defined in 3.3③ "Order". You can delete it or add more fields to be sorted. All index fields can be sorted.
Apply it to take effect immediately and it can not be kept if page refreshed.
Also you may take a quick sort by a single field.
- Free define column space
You may define the column space to display in fully view. You will see the green wall and drag-n-drop to where it supposed to be.
You can optimize it and save as your own view.
