Option controls allows users to select option(s) from a predefined list.
- Dropdown - to select one option from a list of options
- Radio Button - to see all available choices and select exactly one
- Checkbox - to select one or more options from a visible list
Similar to a listbox, it allows the user to select one value from a predefined list. When it's selected, it displays a single text value.
Use the dropdown component only when a user needs to choose from 2 and more possible options and you have limited space to display the options.
The ticked one will be the default value. And click the position icon at the end of each option, you can drag to change the order.
Single selection and it allows users to see all available choices and select exactly one. You may set the number of available options can fit into the defined display area.
Similarly, you may tick one as the default value. And click the position icon at the end of each option, you can drag to change the order.
Please note: Users can not select zero of the options once any choice is ticked.
It allows users to select multiple choices from a visible list. It is shown as a square box that is ticked (checked) when activated.
Checked one or more choice(s) as the default value, unchecked to clear the default value.
Also, click the position icon at the end of each option, you can drag to change the order.
Please note: The variable value of checkbox has a comma between each 2 values.
