Yeeflow provides four remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Add them directly to an AI tool that supports remote MCP servers over HTTPS and OAuth authentication.
Choose only the server or servers that match your role and task. This keeps the available tools focused and applies the correct Yeeflow permission boundary.
Yeeflow MCP servers
App Builder — https://api.yeeflow.com/v1/mcp/app-builder — Build and manage Yeeflow applications, workspaces, application resources, packages, and portals.
Operations — https://api.yeeflow.com/v1/mcp/operations — Work with list data, files, workflows, agents, and webhooks.
Admin — https://api.yeeflow.com/v1/mcp/admin — Manage users, departments, groups, locations, and positions.
Service Portal — https://api.yeeflow.com/v1/mcp/service-portal — Manage Service Portal users, groups, and related access settings.
Before you start
Use an AI tool that supports remote MCP servers over HTTPS and OAuth.
Sign in with a Yeeflow account that has access to the workspace and features you intend to use.
Ask your Yeeflow administrator for the required product permissions. A successful connection does not grant additional access.
Add only the servers you need. For example, application builders normally need App Builder; administrators may also need Admin.
Add a Yeeflow MCP server
Open your AI tool’s MCP, Connectors, Integrations, or Developer settings.
Choose the option to add a remote MCP server.
Enter a clear server name, for example, Yeeflow App Builder.
Paste the matching Yeeflow server URL from the list above.
Select OAuth when the AI tool asks how to authenticate.
Complete the Yeeflow sign-in and consent flow in your browser.
Return to the AI tool and confirm that Yeeflow tools are available.
Repeat these steps for each additional Yeeflow MCP server you need.
Security note: Do not add access tokens, API keys, passwords, cookies, or authorization headers to the MCP configuration. Authentication is handled through the OAuth flow.
Verify your connection
Start with a safe, read-only request:
List my Yeeflow workspaces.
List the departments I can access.
Show my to-do workflow tasks.
Search Service Portal users.
If Yeeflow tools do not appear after sign-in, remove and re-add the server, then complete the OAuth sign-in again. If the problem continues, ask your administrator to confirm your permissions and verify that your AI tool supports remote HTTPS MCP with OAuth.
Permissions and safe use
Each MCP server has its own product scope and permission checks.
Read tools only return information that you are permitted to access.
Review the exact target before using create, update, install, upgrade, workflow, delete, or access-management actions.
Tool acceptance confirms that Yeeflow accepted a request; it does not by itself prove that an application, workflow, or portal works correctly at runtime.
Troubleshooting
Authentication error: Reconnect the server and complete the Yeeflow OAuth sign-in in the same browser session. Check that your account is active and has access to the target workspace.
Connected, but a tool is unavailable: The tool may belong to a different Yeeflow MCP server, or your role may not have the required permission. Add the correct server and contact your administrator if access is still denied.
Your AI tool does not support OAuth: Use an AI tool that supports remote HTTPS MCP and OAuth. Do not work around this requirement by pasting a token or password into a configuration file.
