The Public Forms section provides insights into both active and deleted forms, as well as a search bar that enables administrators to search for forms by name and submission usage at top-right corner:
Active forms
In this section, the system administrator can view all active forms, whether shared or unshared. Each form displays a shareable link, the application to which the form belongs, and the data list that stores the information collected by the form, as well as the count of submissions.
Click on a form to copy its link, disable the shared link, or delete it.
Deleted forms
At "Deleted forms", you can track all information related to deleted forms, including the form name, associated application, data list submissions, who deleted the form, and the time of deletion.
Note:
Deleting forms will not free up submission usage.
