This article explains how to view and manage AI Agents in the Yeeflow Admin Center, including active and deleted AI Agents and Copilots. It helps administrators gain a complete, environment-wide understanding of AI usage and status.
What Is the AI Agents Page?
The AI Agents page is a centralized management page in the Yeeflow Admin Center for monitoring and overseeing all AI capabilities across the environment.
From this page, administrators can:
View all AI Agents and Copilots created in the current environment
Distinguish between active and deleted AI Agents
Understand which applications are using AI
Review AI usage status and credit consumption
Perform governance and auditing of AI usage
This page is designed for administrative monitoring and governance, not for day-to-day AI configuration.
How to Access the AI Agents Page
The AI Agents page is located in the Admin Center and provides an environment-wide administrative view of AI usage.
To access this page:
After completing these steps, you will be taken to the AI Agents management page.
Please note:
This page displays all AI Agents and Copilots within the current administrative environment
It is not tied to a specific application entry point
It is intended for administrators to monitor and govern AI usage at a global level
Page Structure Overview
At the top of the page, you will see two tabs:
Active agents
Displays all AI Agents and Copilots that currently exist and are available.Deleted agents
Displays AI Agents that have been deleted and are retained for reference and auditing purposes.
By default, the page opens on Active agents.
Understanding the AI Agent List
Each row in the list represents an AI Agent or Copilot and includes the following information:
Name
The name of the AI Agent or Copilot.
Type
Indicates the type of AI:
Copilot – an application-level AI assistant embedded in an application to interact with users and perform actions
AI agent – a task-oriented AI used for automation, analysis, or backend logic
Application
Shows the application to which the AI Agent or Copilot belongs. Click the application name to navigate to that application.
Credit Used
Displays the number of AI credits consumed by the AI Agent. This helps administrators monitor usage and cost impact.
Status
Indicates the current state of the AI Agent:
Active – the AI Agent is enabled and available for use
Inactive – the AI Agent exists but is currently not active
Created By
Shows the user who created the AI Agent or Copilot.
Searching for AI Agents
Use the Search agent field in the top-right corner to quickly locate a specific AI Agent or Copilot by name.
Deleted AI Agents
Switch to the Deleted agents tab to view AI Agents that have been removed.
Deleted AI Agents:
Are no longer usable
Do not consume AI credits
Are retained for auditing and historical reference
Important Notes
The AI Agents page is for visibility and monitoring only.
Creation, configuration, and deployment of AI Agents and Copilots are managed within individual applications.
Any changes made to AI Agents inside applications are automatically reflected in the Admin Center.
