AI Credits are the usage units Yeeflow uses to measure consumption of AI capabilities (for example: AI Builder, AI Agent, Copilot, and AI Assistant).
Your account receives a monthly AI credit allocation, which includes: - Free monthly credits (based on your account type) - Paid monthly credits (if you add a monthly credit plan)
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, based on your Yeeflow subscription start date. For example, if your Yeeflow subscription started on Aug 16, 2025, your credits will reset on the 16th of every month.
If you also need to purchase additional monthly credits, see: Purchase AI Credits online.
Who can access the AI Credits Dashboard
The AI Credits Dashboard is available to Global Admins of the Yeeflow subscription. Usage notification emails are also sent to Global Admins.
Open the AI Credits Dashboard
1.Go to Admin Center.
2.In the left navigation, open Billing.
3.Click Bills & payments.
4.Open the Usage & Limits tab.
5.Scroll to AI credits dashboard.
From this page, admins can: - View remaining credits and usage trends - See usage by AI feature (and by specific agents/builders where applicable) - Understand monthly allocation (free vs. paid add-on) - Add monthly credits (for online-billed subscriptions)
Free monthly credits by account type
Yeeflow includes free monthly credits by default: - Free trial accounts: 200 free credits per month - Paid subscriptions: 500 free credits per month
These free credits are included in your Total monthly allocation and reset each billing cycle.
Understand the summary metrics
At the top of the dashboard you will see three key metrics:
·Remaining credits: How many AI credits are still available in the current billing cycle.
·Credits used this month: Total AI credits consumed in the current billing cycle.
·Total monthly allocation: The total credits available each month (free monthly credits + any paid monthly add-on credits).
A shortcut button Add credits appears on the right side of the header area.
Low AI credit balance warning
When usage exceeds 80% of the monthly allocation, Yeeflow displays a warning banner:
·Low AI credit balance
·Shows the estimated remaining credits for the current cycle
·Provides a quick Add credits entry point
This banner is intended to help admins avoid interruptions caused by running out of credits.
Review “Usage this month”
The Usage this month section explains how credits are being consumed in the current billing cycle.
1) Billing period
The dashboard shows the Date range of the current billing cycle (for example: Jan 7, 2026 – Feb 6, 2026).
2) Usage overview chart
A stacked bar/usage visualization shows how consumption is distributed across AI features, including: - AI builder - AI agent - Copilot - AI assistant
3) Usage breakdown by feature
Below the overview chart, Yeeflow provides a breakdown with per-feature tiles (cards). Each tile shows: - Feature name (e.g., AI builder) - Credits used for that feature - A percentage indicator (relative to total)
This view helps admins identify which AI capability is consuming the majority of credits.
Manage credit usage by feature
The table Manage credit usage by feature provides a more detailed breakdown of consumption. Typical columns include:
·Feature: The AI-enabled component or configured agent (e.g., “Procurement PO Extractor”).
·Type: Category such as AI builder / AI agent / Copilot / AI assistant.
·Credit used: Total credits consumed by that item in the current cycle.
·Status: Whether that item is Active or Inactive.
How to use this table
·Identify the highest-consuming items and verify they are expected.
·If an item is Inactive but showing usage, confirm if consumption occurred earlier in the billing period.
·Use this list to decide whether to adjust adoption, enable/disable certain agents, or add more monthly credits.
Credit balance status and reset date
On the right side of the dashboard, the Credit balance status panel provides:
·A visual indicator (percentage remaining)
·The credit reset date (the end of the current billing cycle)
This reset date is important because unused credits do not carry forward to the next cycle.
Monthly allocation summary
The Monthly allocation summary clarifies how your monthly credits are composed:
·Free monthly credits (example: 200 credits)
·Subscription credits (paid add-on credits, if any)
·Total monthly allocation (the combined total)
Use this panel to confirm whether the account is running only on free credits or also includes paid monthly credits.
Historical usage
The Historical usage section helps admins track consumption trends over time. It includes a chart of AI credit usage by billing period.
Date range options
Use the Date range dropdown to change the reporting window: 1. Three months 2. Six months 3. Last year (12 months)
How to use historical usage
·Confirm whether usage is increasing month over month.
·Estimate a suitable monthly add-on amount (so the account is less likely to run out).
·Validate that adoption matches your expected rollout timeline.
Usage notifications (emails)
Yeeflow sends automated usage notifications to Global Admins:
·80% threshold: A reminder that the account is approaching the monthly limit.
·100% threshold: A reminder that there are no credits remaining for the current cycle.
Both notifications include a link to the AI Credits Dashboard so admins can review usage and take action.
Troubleshooting
I can’t see the AI Credits Dashboard
·Confirm you are a Global Admin.
·Confirm you are in Admin Center → Billing → Bills & payments → Usage & Limits.
Credits remaining look too low / unexpected
·Review Usage breakdown by feature and Manage credit usage by feature to identify which AI features or agents consumed the credits.
·Check the billing period date range to ensure you’re reviewing the correct cycle.
I need to add more credits
· If your subscription is billed online, you can add credits from the dashboard using Add credits.
·For purchase instructions, see: Purchase AI Credits online.
