This article explains how Yeeflow subscription admins can purchase additional monthly AI Credits online and manage the AI Credits add-on.

Overview
Yeeflow AI Credits are monthly credits that reset on your subscription cycle date.
· Free trial subscriptions include 200 free monthly AI Credits.
· Paid subscriptions include 500 free monthly AI Credits.
When you purchase additional AI Credits online, you are buying a monthly add-on that increases your Total Monthly Allocation.
Key points: - Credits are delivered monthly and reset each billing cycle. - The add-on renews with your subscription unless you change or remove it. - Online purchase is available only for subscriptions with online billing enabled and a valid payment method.
Who can purchase AI Credits
You can purchase AI Credits online if you are a Global Admin of the subscription and the subscription is billed online.
If your subscription is billed through a partner/reseller or via an offline contract/invoice, the “Add credits” flow may not be available. In that case, please contact: - Your account manager, or - Yeeflow Support: [email protected]
Where to purchase (entry points)
You can start the purchase flow from the AI Credits Dashboard:
1. Open Admin Center
2. Go to Billing → Bills & payments
3. Open the Usage & Limits tab
4. In AI credits dashboard, click Add credits
This opens the Add monthly credits pop-up.
Add monthly credits pop-up (fields and meaning)
1) Select additional monthly credits
· Enter the number of credits to add, e.g., 1,000, 3,000, 8,000, etc.
· Minimum: 1,000 credits
· Increment: 1,000 credits (you can only add in steps of 1,000)
Pricing rule: $25 per 1,000 credits
Example: 3,000 credits/month = 3 × $25 = $75/month
The UI shows an Estimated cost based on your input.
2) Order summary
The order summary area explains:
A. Credit delivery schedule - Immediate: Your add-on becomes active immediately. - Monthly delivery: The add-on credits are delivered on your subscription cycle date (the same date your Yeeflow subscription renews each month). - Expiration: Monthly credits expire at the end of the cycle and reset when the next cycle starts.
B. New monthly allocation summary This shows your new monthly total: - Existing monthly credits (includes free monthly credits) - Newly added credits (monthly add-on) - Total new monthly allocation
C. Billing summary (Proration) This explains what you pay today and what renews later. The calculation depends on whether your main Yeeflow subscription is annual or monthly.
D. Payment method - Shows the default payment method used for the purchase - If needed, select Update payment method before confirming.
How billing and proration are calculated
A) If your Yeeflow subscription is Annual
The AI Credits add-on is aligned to your annual renewal date.
What you pay today (prorated charge): - You are charged for the remaining months in the current annual cycle.
Formula - Monthly add-on cost = (CreditsToAdd / 1,000) × $25 - Prorated charge today = Monthly add-on cost × MonthsRemainingUntilAnnualRenewal
Renewal - On your annual renewal date, the add-on renews for a full year: - Annual add-on cost = Monthly add-on cost × 12
Note: The pop-up displays the exact “Months remaining until renewal”, “Prorated charge today”, and the renewal amount/date.
B) If your Yeeflow subscription is Monthly
The AI Credits add-on is aligned to your monthly cycle date.
What you pay today: - You are charged for the add-on for the remainder of the current billing cycle (prorated), and then charged the full monthly add-on cost on each renewal.
Formula (conceptual) - Monthly add-on cost = (CreditsToAdd / 1,000) × $25 - Charge today = prorated portion of the monthly add-on cost based on remaining time in the current cycle
Renewal - The add-on renews each month on your subscription cycle date for the full monthly add-on cost.
Note: The pop-up displays the calculated amount based on your subscription cycle.
Complete the purchase
1. Confirm the credits amount in Select additional monthly credits
2. Review Credit delivery schedule and Billing summary (Proration)
3. Confirm your payment method
4. Click Confirm purchase & Activate credits
After the purchase: - Your Total monthly allocation updates on the AI Credits Dashboard. - The AI Credits add-on becomes active for the current cycle.
Verify your purchase and track usage
After purchasing, you can verify and monitor usage in the AI Credits Dashboard:
· Remaining credits
· Credits used this month
· Total monthly allocation
· Usage breakdown by feature
· Historical usage

Changing, increasing, or reducing AI Credits
Increase credits
Repeat the purchase flow and increase the “additional monthly credits” amount. - The system applies the change immediately. - Charges are calculated using proration rules shown in the pop-up.
Reduce or remove credits
If your subscription supports self-service changes, you can adjust the add-on from the same purchase/management area. - Reductions typically take effect on the next billing cycle.

Troubleshooting
I do not see the “Add credits” button - You may not be a Global Admin, or - Your subscription may not be billed online (partner/offline billing)
My payment method is missing or cannot be updated - Confirm you have permission to manage billing - Try updating the payment method in Bills & payments → Payment methods

The examples below can help estimate how many AI credits you may need. Actual usage may vary based on prompt length, document size, workflow complexity, and other factors.
