Note
You must have access to the email address associated with your Yeeflow account to reset your password.
There are two ways to reset your password:
Reset your password while signed out
Visit login.yeeflow.com.
Below the sign-in form, click Forgot your password?.
On the next page, enter your email address. Make sure it's the one you used to sign up for Yeeflow.
Click Send recovery link.
Check your email inbox for a new message from Yeeflow.
In the password reset email, click Choose a New Password. Enter your new password, then select Change my password.
Reset or change your password while signed in
Select View profile from top right of the main navigation bar. This will open your profile on the right side of your screen.
Click the Change passwordlink at the bottom.
On the next page, enter your email address.
Click Send recovery link.
Check your email inbox for a new message from Yeeflow.
In the password reset email, click Choose a New Password. Enter your new password, then select Change my password.
Troubleshooting
No option to reset your password
If you followed the steps above but don't have the Password section in your profile window, your account is a managed account, which is controlled by the domian owner of your organization. Instead of entering a Yeeflow password, your company requires you to sign in to Yeeflow using an identity provider like Office 365, OneLogin, or G Suite.
Not receiving a password reset email
Followed the steps above, but have yet to receive a password reset email? Please check all tabs, folders, and spam filters in your inbox. Still not there? Send email to [email protected].
Lost access to the email address on your account
For security purposes, you must be able to access the email address associated with your Yeeflow account to reset your password. If that's not possible, please contact your Organization Administrator to update the email address associated with your account. Note that administrators can't reset or change passwords.
Yeeflow can’t find an account registered with your email
If you see a message telling you we can't find an account registered with your email address, it could be a typo or the wrong email address. Double-check that it's the same email you used to sign up to your yeeflow organization.
