This article will guide you through the process of adding an SMTP mail server in Yeeflow's Mail Settings page.

Configuration Steps:

Log in to Yeeflow as a system administrator. Navigate to the Admin Center and select "Account Setup" followed by "Mail Settings."

Click the "Add mail server" button located at the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select "SMTP" as the mail server type.

In the pop-up window that appears, you will find several properties to configure for the SMTP mail server.

  • "Name": Enter a descriptive name for the mail server connection (e.g., "SMTP Server 1").

  • "From": Provide the email address from which the outgoing emails will be sent.

  • "Alias": Optionally, specify an alias for the mail server connection.

  • "Host name": Enter the hostname or IP address of the SMTP server.

  • "Port": Specify the port number to connect to the SMTP server (usually 25 or 587).

  • "SSL": Toggle this control to enable or disable SSL encryption for the SMTP connection.

  • "User Name": Enter the username associated with the SMTP server (if required).
