Active tasks in Yeeflow are tasks that are generated from workflow and currently in progress. They are tasks that have been assigned to a user and have not yet been completed.
The Yeeflow system admins can manage active tasks from admin center. You can view all active tasks, or filter the list by application, user, or status. You can also view a detailed view of a task by clicking on the task's tracking No.
View active tasks
To view and manage active tasks, firstly login to Yeeflow with the system admin account, then go to the Admin center. From the left navigation panel click to expand the "Workflow settings", and click "Active tasks":
Or login to Yeeflow with the application admin account, then click the " Gear" icon to enter the App Settings page. From the left navigation panel click to expand the "Workflow settings", and click "Active tasks":
You can see all the active tasks here. You can filter the list based on application by clicking the "All applications" dropdown list. and select applications under each workspace.
You can also filter active tasks with tasks status, tracking No. created time, submitter, and task owner etc.
Clicking the tracking No. will open this active task associated workflow instance page.
From this page, you can check the associated workflow instance detail information, along with other workflow tasks generated from this workflow.

Send a reminder to the assignee
As system admin, you can manually send a reminder to the task owners (Assignee) to remind them to take actions to the pending task.
To send a reminder, find the task from active tasks list, and click the More operations button from Tracking No. column. From the pop-up menu list, click the "Send reminder" option.
This will trigger a reminder email to be sent to the task owner (Assignee).
You can select multiple active tasks, and send the reminder together.
Reassign active tasks
The Yeeflow system admins can change the assignee of an active task. To reassign a task to another user, find the task from active tasks list, and click the More operations button from Tracking No. column. From the pop-up menu list, click the "Reassign task" option.
A pop-up window will show up. Choose the new user who this task will be reassigned to. You can add some comments in the remark field. Click the "OK " button to change the assignee to others.

This user will then receive an email notification with the task information, and the comments added by the admin.

The user will also be able to find this task from his/her pending tasks list.
You can select multiple active tasks, and reassign those tasks to another user together.
