Update Yeeflow form report fields to add, delete, or modify names and types, keeping data up-to-date and relevant.

Keeping your Yeeflow form reports up-to-date is an essential aspect of ensuring that your workflow remains efficient and relevant. Yeeflow provides a straightforward process for you to modify your form report fields as your needs evolve. You can add new fields, remove existing ones, update field display names, or change field data types. Let's walk through this process.


Accessing Report Fields

To initiate these changes, navigate to the form report page and click on the 'More Settings' button situated at the top-right corner. From the pop-up menu that appears, select the 'Report Fields' option.

This action opens the 'Report Fields Management' page, which presents a familiar interface, akin to the second step in the wizard when creating a new form report.


Adjusting Data Filter Condition

From this 'Report Fields Management' page, you can alter the data filter condition to decide which records from the selected approval form will be included in your form report. This adjustment can be made by clicking on the 'Set filter conditions' button, following which you can add, remove, or alter filter conditions as required.


Modifying Variables and Sub-list Fields

You also have the option to include more variables from the left-side variables list. If your form incorporates sub-lists, you can add these sub-list fields to your form report. Navigate to the 'Sub-list fields' section, select your desired sub-list, and add the required fields.


Managing Selected Report Fields

The 'Selected Report Fields' section, on the right-hand side of the page, presents all the fields currently included in your form report. Here, you have the flexibility to rename fields, change field types, or even remove fields.

To update field names or types, simply modify the values in the corresponding columns. To delete a field, click the delete button at the end of each row.

Saving Changes and Regenerating Report

Once you have made your desired changes, click the 'OK' button at the top-right of the page to save them.

If you added new variables or removed existing fields from your form report, your report would undergo a regeneration process. The time this process takes depends on the amount of existing data in the form - it could be a matter of seconds or minutes.


By following these steps, you can effectively manage and update your Yeeflow form report fields, ensuring your data accessibility remains relevant and efficient. Always remember, Yeeflow is designed to adapt to your evolving needs, making your workflow management as seamless as possible.
