Yeeflow allows you to invite users to join your Service Portal you can invite up to 10 users every time.
Invite users
Firstly, log in to Yeeflow with the system admin account, then navigate to the application containing the Service Portal you want to manage. Click on the "Gear" icon located in the top-right corner to open the management panel of the Service Portal, and then select "Users."
Click "+ New User" from the top right, and click "Invite users" from the pop-up menu list.
Enter the user's email address(es) - up to 10 email addresses at one time. Please note: The email address you send the invitation to will be the user's login account which is unchangeable.
Click "Invite X user" button to send the invitation email to those users. The new user(s) need accept the invitation to activate the account in this Service Portal.
Resend an invitation to a new user
If an invitation isn't accepted within some days, you can resend the user invitation.
Find the users from users list. and click the "Resend invite" link from the user status column.
