Yeeflow allows you to invite users to join your organization. you can invite up to 10 users every time.
Invite users
Firstly, login to Yeeflow with the system admin account, then go to the Admin center. From the left navigation panel click to expand the "User management", and click "All users":
Click "+ New User" from the top right, and click "Invite users" from the pop-up menu list.
Enter the user's email address(es) - up to 10 email addresses at one time. Please note: The email address you send the invitation to will be the user's login account which is unchangeable.
Then, select a department for the user(s) whom you invited. You will see all departments listed at the pop-up windows.
Click "Invite X user" button to send the invitation email to those users. The new user(s) need accept the invitation to activate the account in this organization.
Invitation limitation
You may get a message started with "You can only invite 0 users..." . Then you need upgrade your subscription or deactivate existing users to release the usage of user seats.
Resend an invitation to a new user
If an invitation isn't accepted within some days, you can resend the user invitation.
Find the users from users list. and click the "Resend invite" link from the user status column.
