Manage Workspace

Yeeflow guide: Manage workspaces in admin center—add, edit, delete, reorder. Step-by-step for system admins.

Yeeflow provide workspace as a collection of applications shared among a group of people working together. Each workspace can be assigned with unique management permissions. The workspace owners can fully manage the application under this workspace.

This guide explain how to manage workspacea in Yeeflow's admin center. It covers adding, editing, and deleting workspaces with step-by-step instructions.

Firstly, login to Yeeflow with the system admin account, then go to the Admin center. From the left navigation panel click to expand the "Applications", and click "Workspace":

Add new workspaces


Edit existing workspaces

To edit the settings from an existing workspace, find the workspace from the list, and click the more settings button. Then, from the drop-down menu list, click "Edit Workspace", and make changes from the pop-up window.


Delete existing workspaces

To delete an existing workspace, find the workspace from the list, and click the more settings button. Then, from the pop-up menu list, click "Delete":

You can only delete the workspace which has no application belongs to. If there are applications under this workspace, you need to firstly move those applications to another workspace before deleting this workspace.


Reorder Workspaces

You can change the order of workspaces. To move an existing workspace, find the workspace from the list, click and hold the workspace, then drag it to your desired position in the list.
