The Application Info page in Yeeflow is a centralized hub for managing the settings and components of your application. This intuitive interface allows you to oversee and modify various elements such as Approval Forms, Form Reports, Data Lists, Document Libraries, Data Reports, and Dashboards. Each component can be efficiently managed through a user-friendly interface, ensuring streamlined application administration.


Enter Application Settings

First, within the application, click the 'gear' icon located in the top-right corner.

Find the Application info from the Applications setup settings group.

Application Details: At the top of the page, you will find the application name, unique application ID creator, created time. These details are editable to ensure your application remains aligned with its purpose and functionality.

Click the 'Edit Info' button to modify the application's name and description.


Key Components of the Application Info Page

In the Application Info lists all the components in the application, including their names, IDs, created by and created date.

  1. Approval Forms: Lists all the forms within the application that require approval processes. New features allow administrators to open the form designer directly from this interface to modify or publish forms without navigating away from the page.

  2. Form Reports: Access and manage reports generated from form submissions. These reports provide valuable insights and can be customized or deleted directly from this page.

  3. Data Lists: View and manage lists of data that are integral to the application's functionality. Each list can be edited or deleted, and permissions for access can be adjusted as needed.

  4. Document Libraries: Organize and store documents relevant to your application. This section allows for document management including editing properties and setting access permissions.

  5. Data Reports: Similar to Form Reports, this section allows you to manage detailed reports on various data aspects of your application. The addition of an 'Open Data Builder' button enables quick access to report customization tools.

  6. Dashboards: Oversee and customize dashboards that provide a visual representation of the data and metrics important to your application. Dashboards can be edited or deleted directly from this interface.


Enhanced Settings and Permissions

  • Edit and Delete Options: Each component listed on the Application Info page includes options to edit its properties or delete it entirely, ensuring administrators can easily manage the application’s structure and content.

  • Access Permissions: Set and modify who can view or edit each component, enhancing the security and collaborative efficiency of your application.

  • Direct Access to Design Tools: For Approval Forms, Data Reports, and Dashboards, an 'Open form designer' / 'Open data builder'/ 'Open page designer' button has been added. This feature simplifies the process of modifying these components by allowing application administrators to access the corresponding design tools directly from the Application Information page.
