In Yeeflow, you can quickly create fields in a Data List using Create with AI.
Instead of manually configuring each field, you can simply describe the fields you need, and AI will generate the appropriate fields and field types automatically.
This feature helps you design your data structure faster and reduces repetitive setup work.
How to Create Fields with AI
Follow the steps below to create new fields in a Data List using AI.
Step 1: Open the Data List
Navigate to the application and open the Data List where you want to add new fields.
Step 2: Click New column
On the right side of the Data List header, click New column.
This will open the New Field configuration panel.
Step 3: Select Create with AI
In the New Field panel, switch from Create manually to Create with AI.
You will see an input area where you can describe the fields you want to create.
For best results, provide as much detail as possible, including:
Field names
Field types
Field usage or purpose
Step 4: Describe the Fields
Enter a description of the fields you want to create.
Example:
Please add the following fields to the supplier data list
to track supplier cooperation and evaluation information.
1. Cooperation Rating
Field type: Rating, range 1–5 stars.
2. Contract Amount
Field type: Currency, 2 decimal places.
3. Cooperation Start Date
Field type: Date.
4. Evaluation Notes
Field type: Multiple line text.
AI will analyze your request and generate the corresponding fields automatically.
Step 5: Review and Confirm
After AI generates the fields:
Review the suggested field names and types.
Confirm the configuration.
Save the fields.
The new fields will immediately appear in the Data List.
