Create Approval Forms and Workflows with AI Builder

Use AI to quickly create an approval form by describing your requirements. AI automatically generates the form structure, fields, and approval workflow to help you build approval processes faster.

With Create with AI, you can quickly generate an approval form by simply describing your business requirements. AI analyzes your prompt and automatically creates the form structure along with the corresponding approval workflow.

This feature reduces the effort required to manually design forms and workflows, helping you build approval applications faster.


Create an Approval Form Using AI

Follow the steps below to create a new approval form using AI.

Step 1: Create an Approval Form component

In the application, click Add components.

In the Create New Component window, select Approval form.

The system will open the AI builder – Create approval form page.


Step 2: Describe the approval form you want to create

In the input box, describe the approval process you want to create. For example:

Vendor payment authorization with invoice attachment fields.

You can also select one of the suggested scenarios provided on the page, such as:

  • Business travel expense claim

  • Annual leave request

  • Contract review request

AI will analyze your description and generate a suggested form structure and approval workflow.


Step 3: Review the AI-generated form structure

After submitting your request, AI will generate a suggested form structure, including:

  • Objective of the form

  • Form sections

  • Field names and types

For example:

  • Applicant Information

  • Vendor & Payment Summary

Review the generated structure and adjust your requirements if needed.

Once the structure meets your needs, click Keep and generate.


Step 4: Generate the Implementation Plan

AI will generate an Implementation Plan based on the confirmed requirements.

The plan includes:

  • Form field structure

  • Form layout

  • Approval workflow design

A preview of the generated form will appear on the right side of the page.


Step 5: Generate the workflow

After confirming the Implementation Plan, AI will automatically generate the approval workflow, for example:

Start → Request Submission → Manager Approval → Finance Review → End

You can view the generated process in the Workflow Designer.


Step 6: Create the approval form

Click Create form in the top-right corner.

A New approval form dialog will appear.

Enter the following information:

  • Name – The name of the approval form

  • ID – The unique identifier of the form

  • Description – A brief description of the form

Click OK to complete the creation.


Step 7: Preview the approval form

After creation, you can open Preview to view the generated form.

The system will automatically generate:

  • Form fields

  • Form sections

  • Approval workflow

You can further customize the form by:

  • Editing the form layout

  • Modifying field configurations

  • Adjusting workflow steps.
