The Trigger List Workflows action in Yeeflow allows users to automatically start a predefined workflow associated with a data list in a collection. This action helps automate tasks and streamline processes, ensuring that specific workflows are executed based on predefined conditions.


Key Components

  1. Execution Condition:

    • Define the conditions under which the Trigger List Workflows action will be activated. This ensures that the workflow is only triggered when specific criteria are met.

    • Example: If an item's status is set to "Completed," trigger the approval notification workflow.

  2. Select a List Workflow:

    • You can select the workflow that will be triggered from the available list workflows associated with the data list of your collection. This is done through the dropdown menu on the right side of the settings panel, where you can pick the appropriate list workflow to be activated when the action is executed.

  3. Confirm Before Execution:

    • You can choose to prompt users with a confirmation dialogue before the workflow is triggered. If enabled, the confirmation message (e.g., "Are you sure you want to trigger this workflow?") will appear with options to confirm or cancel.

    • The text on both the confirm and cancel buttons can be customized based on your workflow requirements.
